We would like to give a large heartfelt thank you to the ladies at Cathedral Windows Quilters group here in Vidor. They have been quilting lap blankets for us now since last year and we have been able to donate them to countless patients. These ladies have a heart for service and our staff and our patients are so grateful for them!

We’re back to seeing those hot, humid days again. It is so easy for dehydration to set in, be mindful to drink plenty of water and only be outside in the early morning or late afternoon when possible. Home Nursing services can help educate, do routine checks to make sure there are no signs or symptoms of dehydration and even draw labs as ordered, all these help prevent hospitalization due to dehydration.
