Good morning! The countdown begins! Just a little over a month before my Costa Yoga 200 Teacher Training kicks off!

Yoga teacher training is a beautiful opportunity to explore who you are and where you are. Whether you want to deepen your own yoga practice or have the goal of leading others, the YTT program will open unimaginable doors within you. For me, it was a gateway to understanding myself and my relationships in a whole new light. Sharing and teaching was not my intention but has become a passion. Knowing what beauty lies within each of us is a message I always want to share.

So!! Let me know if you’ve got questions about the training or if you just want to chat yoga for a bit. You know I’m up for both!

A new year does not mean it has to be a new you. It's just a chance to tune in to what makes sense and tune out anything that really doesn't any more. Come spend a little time on your yoga mat with me. We can tune in and tune out together.

Watching the days flipping by on the December calendar is catching me off guard. You too? I’m looking at how to smooth the pathway into 2023. Maybe it’s intention setting, setting our sights on a bright horizon or maybe giving permission to rest for a while on your Lily pad. Maybe we can do it together. Practice a bit of yoga on and off the mat.
Come play with me Monday and Friday in person at 8:30am. Wednesday is online at noon. Weekends available upon request.

Yoga is back. Mondays at 8:30 am live and in person. Wednesdays at 12:00 pm online.

Hey Yogis...taking a break for a couple more weeks. Between swim meets, Thanksgiving and the Costa Rica Retreat everything seems a little busy right now. I think classes will start up again in mid December but maybe we all wait to start 2023 together.
