Here’s the first of a series of interviews with people who’ve undergone . I wanted to highlight the unique power of on an individual level. In other words, rather than simply say “psychedelics work” I wanted to share HOW they worked for these participants. I also wanted to show that (PAT) isn’t reserved for just veterans. MANY people can benefit from these medicines. BUT, that doesn’t mean that everybody should OR that they should be legal—that’s a whole other story. are an underserved community in the arena. Negative stigma, social pressure, work demands make prioritizing one’s mental health an uphill battle. The truth is, those who don’t manage their mental health because they fear what others may think are suffering from not only their symptoms exacerbating, but from the FEAR precluding them from human potential. However, there are steps one can take out of this rat race. Link in bio.

Psychedelics are the new unwanted frontier of mental health. Unwanted because they have the power to put big pharma and many doctors out of business.

in is a great philosophy, but hard to practice. This doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be considered, quite the contrary. In fact, I can’t think of anything decent that comes easily. But maybe things don’t happen to you, but instead happen for you. I’ve had countless experiences in my life that were painful to go through but, when I look back, understand why they happened, why I felt the way I did, and am eternally grateful for them. Growth isn’t a linear process. Sometimes taking a step back is the most direct path to taking 2 steps forward.

I don’t know how many books there are on how to build mental toughness. Tons! Hell, I even wrote one but I unpublished it because it wasn’t my best work. The point is, there is nothing—NOTHING—you’ll find in a book that will make you mentally stronger. The ONLY way to build mental strength is through direct experience. This is not to say there aren’t tips to LEARN from reading, but only direct experience allows you to EMPLOY that learning and change your being.
