Summit IV & Wellness is a locally owned small business founded by Dr. Daniel Shank and his wife and nurse, Briana Shank. Every patient we see is treated with intention, compassion, and care—because your health and well-being truly matter to us. We appreciate you beyond measure in supporting our journey.
In order to continue showing up as our best selves for our patients, we must also be mindful of caring for our families and our staff. For this reason, we will now be closed on Sundays and Mondays to allow time to rest, reset, and prepare for the week ahead.
Our clinic will remain open Tuesday through Saturday, barring holidays, weather conditions, or illness. Thank you for supporting our family-owned business and trusting us with your care.
