We are excited to have you for this immersive sound journey experience on Friday, November 14th, 6:30PM - 8:00PM, to more deeply connect with ourselves and others.

As November settles in, the outer world softens and our days shorten, the lights dim and nature surrenders to stillness. This is a time of gathering inward, of listening beneath the surface, and of tending the quiet spaces within us.

In many traditions, this time of year is seen as a threshold - between activity and rest, between what has passed and what is yet to come.

Together, we will take a deep exhale, a sacred moment to pause, reflect and release before the pull of the holiday season.

Join us for an inner sound journey, combining light breath work, vocal toning and a rich soundscape of ancient Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, melodic chimes, and most importantly, restorative silence.

This experience is designed to soothe the nervous system, clear energetic stagnation, and guide you into deep rest and renewal before the season carries us further into winter.

We invite you to arrive a few minutes early when doors open at 6:15PM to get settled in so that we can start the experience promptly at 6:30PM. Due to the nature of the event, doors will close at 6:30PM.

Excited to announce our first co-created forest bath and sound journey experience on Friday, September 6th, from 530-8pm at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens in Vienna, VA!

- $65 energy exchange per person. This includes the garden admission, the two-and-a-half hour living sound immersion experience, and the exclusive opportunity to enjoy the sunset (past regular garden hours)

- Registration: Advanced online registration is required and will close 09-04-24 at 5pm. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. No prior experience is necessary.

- Location: Meadowlark Botanical Gardens, 9750 Meadowlark Gardens Court, Vienna, Virginia

Space is limited to 20 people.

What to Expect:

- Forest Bathing: Led by certified guide Ilana Rubin of Kindred Nature, this slow-paced, guided wander will incorporate mindful and sensory activities designed to help you tune into the sights, sounds, textures, and smells of the natural environment. Learn more about forest bathing in this video introduction to forest bathing from the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs.

- Sunset Sound Meditation: Led by sound facilitator, Toni Kim of Inner Sound Collective. Experience the beauty of the sunset and the calming effects of sound meditation with instruments that produce harmonizing frequencies, promoting a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness.

- Activities: The program will include guided meditation, immersive sonic experience, slow walking on both paved and unpaved trails, individual and group activities, and the opportunity to create temporary nature art.

- Tea and Snacks: Enjoy locally sourced tea and light snacks towards the end of the experience.

Humbled with gratitude to co-facilitate the next transformative and expansive experience in Egypt from March 13th to 21st, 2024.

Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate. This will be a safe, sacred journey with special, private access to sacred sites, and tools such as breathwork, living sound, light therapy, and pre & post-integration sessions.
