I am excited to officially embark on this new adventure to learn more about how to formally use a functional medicine approach to optimize health and enhance human performance. ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ๐Ÿง โœจ๐Ÿงฌ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸผI am grateful to have been selected to be a part of this cohort sponsored by the DHA National Capital Region Pain Initiative . I look forward to applying this framework to my own personal health as well as with the service members at The Intrepid Spirit Center -ATAMMC. High school age is an integral time where adolescents are rapidly developing and in order to maximize on this development window, proper stimulus from training is only part of the equation.
