We are teaming up with Body Grace Fitness and Yoga, to support Food For Others to assist with a pre-Thanksgiving food drive.
Food For Others respectfully requests that Vienna Businesses assist them with a pre-Thanksgiving food drive. They are low on everything, but their most needed items are listed below. They are hoping that our Community can donate some of these items.

The Community may drop off donations under the Caring Tree at Body Grace Fitness and Yoga Studio (215 Mill Street NE - upper level) in Vienna during these hours:

Mondays, 6:00 am - 1 pm

Tuesdays, 8:15 am-1pm and 5pm-8pm

Wednesdays, 6:00 am ,9:30 am to 2:30pm and 5-6pm

Thursdays, 8:15am to 1pm and 5 pm-8pm

Fridays, 11 am to 1pm

Saturdays, 8am to 1pm

Sundays, 9am to 10:30am

We will take all collected items to United Bank in Vienna on November 20th for onward transportation to Food For Others.

Requested Food Items:

• Cooking Oil

• Cereal

• Canned tomato products (crushed, peeled, diced, etc.), 4oz – 1 lb

• Canned meat (chicken, turkey, or seafood), 2oz – 15oz

• Rice, 16oz packages

• Spaghetti sauce, 14oz – 1 lb (ideally in cans instead of glass)

• Canned fruit (packed in fruit juice instead of syrup) 11oz – 20oz

• Dried or canned beans (black, kidney, pinto, etc.)

• Pasta

• Mac and Cheese individual size to family

• Fruit juice (100% juice) 32oz – 64oz

Requested Non Food Items:

◦ New or Clean Reusable Grocery Bags 8 ½ x 14 x 15

◦ Can openers

There are always variations for every exercise!
Look at the three lunge variations that the group is doing based on each individuals fitness level.
Knee hovering just above the floor
High knee
Knee on mat
-A fourth variation would be to take the lunge out and just do the hammer curl to shoulder press .
*You can always find a way.

Grab a friend and a weighted ball. Sit-up together..chest press the ball to your partner.
This exercise works your abs and chest.

*Some of our members are nursing a shoulder and elbow injury. You may notice how they are modifying the exercise so they can protect their injuries but still workout.
✅ There is always a variation for every exercise.
