1. Body Reset:
*Stretch your arms overhead
*Take 5 deep belly breaths
*Go for a short walk
*Dance to your favorite song
*Soak in a warm bath with Epsom salts
2. Mind Reset:
*Journal for 5 minutes
*Repeat a calming mantra: “I am grounded. I am supported.”
*Step away from screens for 30 minutes
*Do a quick guided meditation
