These are the special events/classes this week at the studio.

Shannon is offering a Myo-Fascia release class on Tuesday, April 21 st at 6 pm. Cost is $15 pp. Please let Shannon know if you are coming, by texting her at +1 (330) 610-5494

Also, Shannon is offering a Candlelight yoga class on Friday, April 24 at 6 pm. Cost is $15 pp. please text Shannon if you are coming +1 (330) 610-5494.

On Sunday, April 26 th at 1 pm, there will a Restorative Yoga Class with a hint of Reiki. Lana and Mary will facilitate this class. Cost is $25 pp. space is limited to 6 students. To reserve your space, please text Mary at 330-506-0612.

Hello.
There are 2 special events this week at the studio.

The second class has is Restorative Class with a hint of Reiki. This class is designed to help you rest and relax. This class will be lead y Lana Hennings and Mary Brown.
Class begins at 1 pm and lasts about 90 minutes. While resting in Poses, you will receive moments of Reiki.
Class is Sunday, April 26 th at 1 pm. Cost is $25 pp and you need to register as the class size is limited to 6 people.
