Are you a runner with knee or lateral hip pain? 🏃♀️
There can be many reasons, but perhaps your single leg control is the main culprit. Every time you take a step as a runner you are briefly balancing on one leg as you advance your other limb. If your system can’t stabilize this movement very well, it could result in thousands of repetitions beating up your tissue. No wonder that nagging pain won’t go away!
