🇺🇸 Honoring Our Veterans 🇺🇸

Today we celebrate the brave men and women who have served our country. At InMotion, we’re proud to support our local National Guard each year by providing injury prevention screens to help them prepare for their annual PT testing and maintain their military readiness.

Our team offers movement assessments to identify injury risks, targeted exercises and recommendations to correct problem areas, and on-the-spot treatment for current issues—keeping our service members strong and mission-ready.

Are you a runner with knee or lateral hip pain? 🏃‍♀️

There can be many reasons, but perhaps your single leg control is the main culprit. Every time you take a step as a runner you are briefly balancing on one leg as you advance your other limb. If your system can’t stabilize this movement very well, it could result in thousands of repetitions beating up your tissue. No wonder that nagging pain won’t go away!
