hly personalized care to each and every family member. Patients are given 30-minute appointments in an unhurried and inviting environment. These extended visits allow for good communication and long term relationships to develop with the ultimate goal of achieving good health. Bloom Family Medicine provides the full spectrum of primary care services including preventative medicine, annual physicals, well women exams, sports exams and treating acute and chronic health concerns. Providing continuity and coordination of care are also important aspects of the practice. Patient's will actively partner with Dr. Christina Bovelsky, a Board Certified Family Physician who has 15+ years of direct patient care to create a personalized health plan. Our goal is for every patient to feel that they are actively involved with their medical care and are empowered to lead healthier lives.
