Bloom Family Medicine is a boutique family practice determined to bring medicine back to its original roots of small, unhurried, personalized medicine where every patient feels that they are actively involved with their medical care We want to keep you healthy so that you can do the things you love to do! We have limited the number of patients in the practice we will see so that we can provide highly personalized care to each and every family member. Patients are given 30-minute appointments in an unhurried and inviting environment. These extended visits allow for good communication and long term relationships to develop with the ultimate goal of achieving good health. Bloom Family Medicine provides the full spectrum of primary care services including preventative medicine, annual physicals, well women exams, sports exams and treating acute and chronic health concerns. Providing continuity and coordination of care are also important aspects of the practice. Patient's will actively partner with Dr. Christina Bovelsky, a Board Certified Family Physician who has 15+ years of direct patient care to create a personalized health plan. Our goal is for every patient to feel that they are actively involved with their medical care and are empowered to lead healthier lives. Wow! It has been so HOT these last few weeks! Remember to stay cool by drinking lots of fluids and staying indoors or in the shade. Early morning or early evening is the best time to be outside to prevent heat exhaustion. We want to keep you healthy!

Looking forward to meeting all of you when we open our doors November 28th!!! We were all set to open this week, but Hurricane Nicole caused our final building inspections to be delayed. If you have an appointment this week or next week we will be calling you to reschedule. We can't wait to meet you!

Bloom Family Medicine will be opening it's doors on November 15th! We have finally received our building permit from the county and are in the final stages of finishing the new office.
