Sleep apnea isn’t just snoring, it can affect your energy, focus, and overall health.
CPAP/BiPAP therapy can make a big difference, but the key is sticking with it. Most people don’t quit because they’re “lazy”—they quit because something feels uncomfortable (mask leaks, dryness, pressure, etc.).
A few tips that help:
If the mask is uncomfortable or leaking, ask about a different style/size
If you feel dry, adjust humidification (it can be a game changer)
If it feels hard to tolerate, try ramp settings and practice while awake for a few minutes
If you’re struggling, don’t wait—get help early. Most issues are fixable.
If you use CPAP: what’s the hardest part for you?
