A lot of patients start CPAP thinking one of two things:
“This will fix everything overnight.”
“There’s no way I’ll ever get used to this.”
Usually, the truth is somewhere in the middle.
The first few days may feel unfamiliar. That does not mean it is failing. It usually means your body and routine are adjusting.
The key is having the right support, the right fit, and the patience to work through the early phase.
Better sleep is not always instant. But it is worth building toward.
