MICROGREEN SUBSCRIPTIONS are beginning!

Getting started is easy! All you have to do is message which varieties you would like along with the number of clamshells and delivery frequency (weekly or biweekly). Also, if you know that you will be on vacation or will not be needing a delivery for a specific week, please include that information.

We have the following varieties available: broccoli, kale, salad mix, mizuna mustard, sunflower, pea shoots, daikon radish, buckwheat, cabbage

Meeting with some amazing Chicago chefs to have them sample our fresh cilantro, basil and purple cabbage microgreens. Our organically grown micros have the best shelf life and flavor since they are grown in soil. The extra effort is worth it when we see how happy chefs are with our product. 🌱

When asked to bring food on a yacht trip, microgreen hors d'oeuvres are the perfect choice. A microgreen garnish goes beautifully on top of a prosciutto goat cheese crostini. You can easily make it by slicing Italian bread into 1-2” squares or triangles. Toast with olive oil and garlic, spread goat cheese, top with prosciutto and your freshest microgreens. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey. Enjoy!

How delicious does this lunch look topped with rainbow beet microgreens? Mediterranean food is one of my favorite cuisines because of the fresh, flavorful dishes that boost several health benefits. In fact, Ikaria Greece is one of the five blue zones of the world where people live the longest mainly because of their dietary choices. Food truly is medicine to this population. While we may be on the other side of the pond, we’re grateful to have the opportunity to provide local Mediterranean chefs with one of the top longevity foods.
