I have been a client at TRUE Aesthetic since March 2024, and I cannot say enough about how happy I am with both my client experience and my aesthetic results. Jigna is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain the research and techniques that support the treatments she recommends. I knew Jigna was the injector for me when she kindly steered me away from a procedure I was interested in because she felt it would not provide the natural results I was looking for based on my particular facial anatomy. I have since undergone full facial balancing with Jigna and am extremely satisfied with my results. Jigna provided me with a great after-care experience and is accessible to her clients. Jigna is exceptional at what she does due to her attention to detail and natural eye for facial balance. She takes the time to listen, understand your goals, and delivers beautiful, refined results every time. I trust her completely with my filler. I also find her very funny and down to earth which makes the appointment and 2 + hour round trip drive to see her worth it!

Exosomes guide skin to repair, regenerate, and function better.
Think of them as cellular messengers that support collagen, calm inflammation, improve tone, and strengthen skin over time all without disrupting the barrier.

They are an excellent upgrade to our in-office procedures to optimize results (because these procedures inherently cause inflammation and we want them to calm down any acute dysregulated inflammation). Everyone benefits!

However they are also great for daily use!

Who do we believe benefits most from daily exosomes? 🧬

(oral = general health support)

✔ Collagen → Oral wins, skin specific signaling with collagen peptides over dietary protein has been evidenced
(topical = hydration only)

✔ Zinc → Topical wins
(oral helps only if deficient/inflammatory acne)

✔ Vitamin A → Topical wins
(oral is not anti-aging big EXCEPTION : isotretinoin aka Accutane)

✔ Fatty acids → Topical wins for barrier but orals great for inflammatory skin conditions like acne - we rec both!
