First we were a little naughty and then we were good today at Salterra at Ashbrook. First we were blessed with sugar (and sugar-free for our diabetics) from Centerwell Home Health. Then we learned about our health with our show-and-tell of the month coming from an IL resident who demonstrated juicing. We tasted fresh colorful flavors from nature.
