Thank you again to our gracious host Dr. Ronda Sheffield, and we are so lucky to have a wine collector and connoisseur in our community. Last night was Wine 103: The art of Pairing Wine with Food. Salterra at Ashbrook officially started our holiday season with a trip to the mountains in the Alpine village Helen Georgia. We ate goodies and visited the Christmas Shoppe. But most magical of all, it snowed!!! The trip was the answer to a resident wish, Ms. Binky, who thought she would never get to go back to one of her favorite spots and most precious memories. The day was perfect!
