Hi All!

If you haven't heard already, VR CrossFit has offered ALL HCC employees a discounted rate to join their gym which is directly beside Fongs! Several of us have joined the gym and thoroughly enjoy it.

It's getting close to our annual HCC Publix Marathon weekend!

Harrison Contracting will be covering your entry fee!

There is no obligation to run but if you want to run, we will be hosting group training sessions!
Everyone is welcome to the training sessions, walk or run. 💪🏼
