Carroll County Schools will operate on a two-hour delay for start times on Monday, March 16, 2026 due to the possibility of severe weather and hazardous road conditions beginning late tonight through Monday morning as predicted by the National Weather Service. Elementary schools will begin at 9:30 a.m., middle and high schools will start at 10:30 a.m. Bus service will also be delayed 2 hours. Employees should arrive 2 hours later than their regular reporting time. We will continue to monitor the weather and make adjustments to this schedule if needed. If you believe conditions in your area are hazardous, please take precautions necessary for your family’s safety. Children who are not present will be allowed to make up their work when they return to school. Please contact your child’s teacher directly if you have questions about assignments.
