Hi! It’s been a while since I’ve posted. Not because I’ve disappeared—but because like so many, I’ve been deep in the work. Holding space. Witnessing pain. Helping people get through what they thought they couldn’t.
This winter was heavy—for many. And yet, here we are in spring—a season that invites renewal, reflection, and forward movement.
As a therapist, I’ve spent the past year walking beside clients as they’ve:
✨ Broken long-standing patterns
✨ Set boundaries and kept them
✨ Chosen healing—even when it hurt
✨ Learned to rest without guilt
✨ Rebuilt self-trust, one small step at a time
If you’re one of those people doing the work—congratulations. Whether your progress is loud or quiet, visible or deeply personal—it matters.
This season isn’t about fixing everything. It’s about honoring how far you’ve come—and remembering you’re still becoming.
Whether you celebrated Passover, Easter, or are just surviving lately—this moment is yours.
You’re not behind.
You’re not broken.
You’re growing.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
At ABC Therapies, we offer trauma-informed, real-world therapy. For people living real lives—with real challenges and real potential for healing.
Today was a good day.
We’re here when you’re ready.
