Hi Everyone!

I would like to say" Thank you" to everyone who has taken my classes over the years and I hope that they have served you well.
I would also, like let everyone know that I have left the NHL
and will be focusing on doing more Continuing Education in Thai bodywork and massages as well as and building my private practice.

NOW OFFERING A NEW CLASSES! “THAI INFUSED DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE & BODYWORK”. This class is strictly dedicated to incorporating Thai bodywork techniques into deep tissue massage by using some fundamental Thai positions that will : 1) allows you to work more square to the body part (allowing for a more power with less effort ) 2) access to muscles in many more variety of ways. (giving the therapist more options to work on challenging situations. 3) effect ligaments, tendons and synovial fluid circulation as well as muscles and that is just a few of the advantages over the typical deep tissue massage.

I would like to thank and congratulate everyone from the October 14 and 15th Table Thai bodywork classes on a job well done.
