Energy Arts invites you to our Year of the Wood Snake Celebration at the Energy Arts Training Center in Longmont, CO.

Full Event Schedule:
🌀 Tai Chi for Meditation – 10:00-11:00AM (Free class)
🌿 Ba Gua and the Lower Dantien – 11:00AM-12:00PM (Free class)
💧 Daoist Meditation – 12:00PM-12:30PM (Free class)
🍵 Food, Tea, and Open Social in the Lobby – 12:30PM-3:00PM

Led by an authentic Daoist Water Tradition Lineage Holder, this celebration is a chance to:
🌟 Learn about internal arts and practices.
🌿 Enjoy free food and tea.
✨ Connect with the Energy Arts community and instructors.

Whether you're here to watch classes, explore the teachings of Tai Chi, Ba Gua, and Daoist meditation, or simply socialize, this event offers something for everyone.

Please note: Classes are mid-session, and new guests may find the practices challenging. Feel free to rest, sit down, or step out for breaks anytime!

I practice daily to continuously return back to my natural wholeness. Daily life slowly breaks me down into chaotic parts and states.

I strive to go beyond my materialism and expand into the vast realm of spiritualism.

There is no self without other. There is no other without self. Relativity is not opposites, but interconnected and interdependent poles of the whole.

Nothing is simple. Working from the Center, my multidimensional reality can be balanced and harmonized.

Matter and energy cannot be created or destroyed, but simple transform for one state into another state. My practice is an alchemy to understand and gain control over change.
