It’s the Season of 😔S.A.D- seasonal affective Disorder- Where the season, weather change that effects or mood called “ ☔️winter depression” ❄️ you may feel:
Sad
Low energy
Change in sleep
Severe depression
Crying
This is why “ less sunlight, change in weather”
The importance is when to recognize it & alter your mood: connect with friends & family, change your environment, joyful movies, indoor activities, as soon as ☀️sunlight hits, open blinds & sit outside in the sun, for fresh air- absorb that Vitamin D,also light a candle 🕯️for love ones who passed & think of all there is to be grateful for. 🙌🏽
Remember it wont last forever bc Spring is around the corner. 🌷
