Congratulations to Ms. Patricia Duplechin, Activities Director of Heritage Manor of Ville Platte!
This past weekend at the Fall Conference in New Orleans, Ms. Pat was honored as the 2025 Resident Activity Director of the Year by the Louisiana Nursing Home Association.
For 26 years, she has brought joy, creativity and purpose to our community—whether it’s through quiet indoor activities that keep the mind sharp or exciting outings that lift the spirit. Her commitment to keeping residents active, engaged and connected shines every single day.
Ms. Pat has also served as LNHA Regional President of Activity Directors since 2010 and LNHA State President since 2020. She continues to lead in both roles while also serving as Vice President of the Ville Platte Rotary Club and as a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Her dedication to our facility and our residents extends far beyond our walls.
We are so proud of you, Ms. Pat. Thank you for your passion, your leadership and your unwavering commitment to the residents of Heritage Manor of Ville Platte.
