We are looking for an additional Speech Therapist to join us in creating individualized plans built around our client's different needs and abilities.
Job Duties:
-Evaluating a client's current strengths and difficulties to reflect functional status in both developmental and sensory-motor based speech disorders
-Establishing treatment goals and planning and implementing treatment
-Coordinating treatment with other health care personnel
-Providing instruction and education to client, family, and caregivers
-Evaluating needs for interdisciplinary referrals
-Providing accurate, timely documentation of treatment
Skills Required:
-Graduate of an accredited Speech Pathology program
-Current license to practice in state of Louisiana
-Retains a Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech-language pathology granted by ASHA
-Competent and willing to treat a variety of pediatric conditions
-Pediatric experience preferred, but not necessary if open to training
