Big News! We're Growing and Elizabeth Family Clinic is now part of our family! 💙

We’re excited to officially welcome Elizabeth Family Clinic to the Heinen Medical Group! This means we now have locations in Eunice, Ville Platte, Kinder, and Elizabeth. Bringing more care, more support, and the same heart for community health.

Paula Gates, FNP, and her amazing team are staying right where they are, continuing to care for their patients just like always. Nothing is changing about the provider you know and trust, we're simply adding new resources and support behind the scenes to help them do what they do best.

With this partnership, we’re combining the strengths of both teams to serve the Elizabeth community even better under the guidance of Dr. Jade Heinen.
