Please join Resilient Recovery Counseling and Montgomery County Public Heath in hosting a holiday community food pantry shower. Holidays are meant for families, fun, and food. If you belong to a Recovery group, Church, or a Civic group let’s have a little friendly competition on who can donate the most food to Montgomery County food pantries.

There is a science to happiness. There is also a cost for happiness. You have to be willing to let go, you have to be willing to forgive, you have to be willing to appreciate yourself, and you have to be willing to fall in love with being great. The part of happiness that most people struggle with is accepting the yet. The yet is focusing on the future of who you are five years from now, 10 years from now, 25 years from now and all the things you will experience.
