✨ At the event we will be creating moods boards, collages, or manifestion boards under the New Moon in Virgo! ♍️🌑 It is a perfect evening to set intentions. ✨

🎴 Each guest will also get a personalized astrology or tarot reading. Please let either of us know which kind of reading you’d prefer. There will also be yunmy communal snacks and beverages provided. Just bring yourself and whatever else suits you, but nothing is necessary. ⭐️

Your heart doesn't work alone. In your legs, there's another one... and it's called the soleus. This deep, silent, and often forgotten muscle also beats for you. Not with electrical impulses, but with movement.

Every time you walk, climb stairs, or stand on your tiptoes, the soleus is activated. And when it does, it performs a heroic task: it pushes venous blood from your legs back to your heart, defying gravity. That's why it's called the "second heart".

Where does this discreet hero live? It's in the back of your leg, hidden beneath the gastrocnemius (calf muscle). It's not explosive or fast. It's resistant. Firm. Loyal. It's made to sustain you... without applause.

🕯️We are bringing back another favorite next week! CANDLE DECORATING!! We are inviting you to come join in on another evening of fun next TUESDAY 6pm-8pm! At the event we will be decorating soy tea light candles with various waxes, herbs, oils, and miniature crystals. There will also be a few art supplies to write affirmations and well wishes, if you’d like to. 🕯️
