About the teachers:
Adriana Harp
For Adriana, yoga is a way to connect to herself, to her path, to others, to a sense of belonging and coming together. The practice of yoga is a lifestyle, a way of being, and a way of sharing. Many of her happiest, most peaceful moments have been on her yoga mat, or watching others on theirs. She believes there’s a simplicity to the practice that carries over to learning to live a simpler life. Her teaching philosophy is simple: she teaches from her own practice, sharing what she's learning and working on in hopes of delivering the same feelings that yoga brings to her life — calm, purpose, confidence, joy — to others.
Adriana received her 200-Hour Certification through Frog Lotus Yoga. She draws inspiration and influence from many amazing teachers and people in her life but one in particular, one of her first teachers, who opened her eyes and heart to yoga: Claire Este-McDonald.
Danielle Poole
Danielle grew up in Atlanta where she attended school and received her BA in English. She moved to Boston in 2006 for a job in Financial services. It was then that she attended her first yoga class and has never looked back. After several injuries from weight training and running, yoga offered a workout that was physically and mentally challenging, athletic, yet calming and therapeutic. Interested in sharing her practice with others, her teacher training includes a Yoga Alliance 200-Hour Certification from O2 Yoga, Children’s Yoga Basics from Childlight Yoga, 40-Hour Prenatal Yoga Certification from Still Point Healing, Barre Boston Certification from Endurance Pilates and Yoga, and 1000-Hour Authentic Classical Pilates training from Endurance Pilates and Yoga.
