📣 Spotlight on Tristan Stoelb – Our Tech Hero! 📣

We’re thrilled to recognize Family Health Center’s Director of Technology, Tristan Stoelb , for his incredible contributions to our fundraiser over the past two years!

From graphics and online support to equipment setup, Tristan has been a behind-the-scenes powerhouse. This year, he stepped up as our official videographer 🎥—and wow, did he deliver!

🤩 Tristan created stunning videos of each competitor’s routine, capturing unique angles and incredible detail. He compiled videos, photos, audio clips, and b-roll into professional-quality productions that our competitors absolutely loved. It was no small task, and Tristan nailed it!

Thank you, Tristan, for your creativity, dedication, and tech wizardry!

📣Today's Thank You is a shout out to our DJ, Paul Glosser, for his amazing work providing light and sound for the Dancing with the Vincennes Stars event this year!

Paul added several new elements to the show that took the event to a new level! He was able to accommodate all the special requests from the competitors as well!

Fog machines😶‍🌫️, disco lights🚨, and stuff hanging from the ceiling🪩, Paul took care of it all!

❤️Thank you, Paul, for your kind heart and willingness to support our cause! We look forward to working with you again in the future!

👏 A BIG Thank You to Sheriff Doug Vantlin of the Knox County, IN Sheriff’s Office!

Sheriff Vantlin has supported Dancing with the Vincennes Stars from the very beginning 💃✨ Not only does he support this fundraiser, but he also supports the Wabash Valley Friendship Clubhouse and understands how vital mental health care is.

We’re also grateful to the KCSO inmate workforce for their hard work setting up and tearing down tables, chairs, and more! 🙌 Special thanks to Jail Officers Campbell and Woolard for leading the crew—and to Mark, Shaun, Lonnie, and Clayton for making our jobs easier.

Sheriff, thank you for all you and your team do to serve and protect our community!

The Jolly Ol Elf will arrive at the Wabash Valley Friendship Clubhouse this morning at 9am!

📸Pictures with Santa start at 9 and for a $10 donation you'll receive a picture with Santa, a small gift, and kids will be able to write their Letters to Santa, Color Pictures, and have a snack!

Pets can get their picture with Santa from Noon to 1pm only!

Jamie has been a great supporter of Dancing with the Vincennes Stars and the Wabash Valley Friendship Clubhouse since the very beginning!❤️

When we were trying to decide how we could recognize and thank all of the competitors Jamie quickly pulled together a few ideas, and we fell in love with her customized plates!

Each plate is hand-crafted with the names of each competitor! It's the perfect way to thank the competitors for their hard work and dedication to the event!🏆

❤️Thank you, Jamie, for your continued support of our fundraiser and look forward to many more years of working together!

Our next thank you goes to Imperial Trophy and Designs of Fort Wayne for crafting the infamous Mirror Ball Champion and People's Choice Award winner trophies!

These coveted trophies are modeled after the trophy from the Dancing with the Stars competition! Each one is hand crafted and the tiles for the topper are added carefully one by one!

These trophies are beautiful and treasured by the recipients!

This was Premier’s first year sponsoring Dancing with the Vincennes Stars, and they truly made the event bloom! Their beautiful floral arrangements transformed the entrance—where movie posters of our competitors were displayed—and added beauty to the selfie station.
