Hi guys!!!

I wanted to give everyone a heads up. This Wednesday, January 7th, is Dr Tom’s 60th birthday!!! At 2pm, Happy George will be making a SURPRISE appearance at the office to sing Happy Birthday with his guitar and pretty pink Speedo. 🤭 If you want your appt scheduled around that time or if you prefer not to have your appt scheduled around that time, please make arrangements with Natosha at the front desk.

Also, we plan to have HUGE cake, enough for everyone if anyone would like to be here to sing and enjoy a piece of cake with the birthday boy.

Natosha will quietly be having everyone sign a consent form since there will be pictures and videos taken with Happy George! Dr Tom has been blocked from this post and it is a complete surprise so please do NOT say a word to him!!

Hope to see you all Wednesday at 2p! Should be fun!! 😂❤️🤠🎂🥳

Low speed doesn’t mean low impact. Even minor accidents can have lasting effects. Research shows that 45% of adults deal with chronic pain years after an accident, and over 20% continue to struggle for decades.

Here’s the thing: you may have gotten X-rays in the ER, but they are looking for broken bones and fractures (which is important!). But not neurological damage, disc positioning, changes in spinal curves, or subluxations.

When we catch and correct these issues early, we can often stop a small injury from turning into years of nagging pain or stiffness.

Have you been in an auto accident recently? Do you know that whiplash and other side effects can hide under the surface for days if not weeks/months? After an auto accident you can be left in chronic pain for years afterward!

You can walk away from an accident feeling totally fine... And then suddenly wake up days, weeks or months later with a stiff neck, pounding headache, or pain you didn't have before?
Yep-- That's whiplash doing its thing.

Here's the wild part 👇
When you're in a collision, your adrenaline spikes and your muscles tense up to protect you. That stress response can hide the real damage that was done to your spine and soft tissue, but without adrenaline the symptoms reveal themselves.

You don't have to wait for pain to scream at you. If your body feels "off" after an accident trust your instincts. Your body might be trying to tell you something.
