This month's Senior Exec Club welcomed Dennis Everett and his therapy dog, Willow. She is a Newfypoo and has lots of jobs! Willow helps out at the Evansville Airport by providing comfort to passengers by interacting with them. She is also employed with Heart to Heart Hospice and visits patients frequently. Willow can also be found at Good Samaritan Hospital, visiting patients as well. Her favorite activity is playing with other dogs. Thank you so much, Dennis and Willow, for the visit!
We would also love to see another great turnout in August for the next Senior Exec Club. Our guest then will be Rob McLin from Good Samaritan Hospital.

Resident Spotlight!

Every Wednesday afternoon, residents gather in the kitchen to try out a family favorite recipe. This week Jim Vash shared his special "Hungarian Sour Cream Chicken" with us. Using the cooking pot passed down from his mother and used so many years by his wife, Jim said this was something so special and brought him so much joy. From start to finish, Jim taught us all a few tips that we can take back to our own kitchen. We look forward to returning for our next resident recipe!

Resident Spotlight! 📣

A few words Carol had to say about her rehab experience at BridgePointe:

"The staff here is unbelievable, so friendly, and I can't say enough how great the nursing staff is! Therapy was great, and it was fun socializing with the other residents while doing therapy! I enjoyed Happy Hour on Fridays as it was very "Happy"; the staff was very welcoming to my granddaughter, along with all her friends that came to visit as well!"
