✨🎁 From Heart to Heart 🎁✨

As the holidays approach, many of us are tidying up and making room for new memories, gifts, and moments with our little ones. This is the perfect time to go through your kiddos’ toys, clothes, and books and pass along the ones they’ve outgrown. 💕

Every gently used item you donate helps another momma fill stockings and place gifts under the tree. 🌲✨ What may no longer be needed in your home could bring so much joy to another child this Christmas.

Drop donations off at 1404 N 4th St anytime 9-3! Let’s come together, heart to heart, and make sure every family feels the magic of Christmas this year. ❤️

🍽️ Responding to the Food & Formula Crisis 🍽️

We’ve had several people ask what Heart to Heart is doing to address the current food and formula crisis and after much reflection, we’ve decided to keep doing what we do best: serving moms and babies right here in Knox County. 💕

We continue to offer emergency assistance for diapers, wipes, formula, and clothing to anyone every180 days. We also have emergency meals for the mommas we already serve.

We’re also working hard to stay up to date on local food pantries and their requirements so we can connect families to every available resource. You can find our updated list of area food pantries here, we’ll continue to edit and expand it as new information becomes available:

We’ll also be sharing photos soon of some simple “Meal-in-a-Bag” ideas that make it easy to donate ready-to-prepare meals for families, stay tuned! 🙌

💗 And as always, we’re in need of donations of diapers, wipes, and formula, these essentials help us continue meeting the daily needs of moms and babies in our community.

💛 From Heart to Heart, Thank You 💛

A huge thank you to our anonymous donor who faithfully drops off a carload of diapers every other month. He’s one of the most humble, kind souls you could ever meet and would never want any recognition. On the months he’s not bringing diapers, he’s out yard-saling and thrift shopping to restock our boutique treasures. When we say “ We are the Village” this is what we mean! There is a whole village of donors and staff standing behind each momma and baby we serve, cheering them on.

As he heads south for the winter, we’ll miss his sweet smile and cheerful laugh coming through our doors. Enjoy the sunshine for us, we can’t wait to see you and the warm weather again soon! ☀️🍼

💛 From our hearts to yours 💛

With so much happening in the world and heavy hearts all around, we want to take a moment to remind our community that you’re not alone. We’re resharing our most up-to-date Community Resource Guide, filled with local supports for families and individuals in need.

Our team is here to serve those who are pregnant and postpartum through their little one’s second birthday but we’d like to go beyond that. We strive to be the village for anyone who needs one, in whatever way we can.

This list is our best attempt at that. 💕 If your resource has any updated information or something we may have missed, please comment here so we can keep it as current and helpful as possible.

Join us tomorrow from 11 AM–2 PM as the Go Mobile Clinic visits Heart to Heart offering free STI and pregnancy testing — no appointment needed!

💜 Free pregnancy tests are always available at Heart to Heart by appointment! We no longer offer STI screenings, so we are thankful to Go Mobile Clinic for bringing this service to our community!
