Set your goals. You are a priority.
Okay, first change of the year you need to make. Get your thinking right on this. Exercise is NOT a punishment for what you ate earlier today, or yesterday. Exercise is a gift. Being able to move is a privilege. Being thankful for what your body CAN do is where your focus needs to be. Compete with no one on this but YOURSELF. To get better. To get stronger. To live long being able to do what you want. First up----schedule your exercise as a high priority for this coming week. Start THIS week. Write it down. On your planner. In ink (but always be flexible). Start with this....
