Join Sophia DiTanna (Reiki Master) & Lucia DiSimone (Master Sound Healer/Reiki Master/Licensed Massage Therapist/Aromatherapist) for a meditational journey through the spirit of sacred plant medicine and divine sound!

Love chocolate? Cacao beans, when sourced thoughtfully, prepared ceremonially, and enjoyed with intention, is a potent energetic medicine that exists on a different plane than your regular chocolate bar.

This Reiki infused organic raw cacao drink is a super food! It has up to 40x the antioxidants of blueberries and a rich source of magnesium and calcium. It is also a powerful tool to go deeper into meditation and opening your pure heart energy.

On our journey we will be coming together to experience the heart opening powers of Cacao while also being guided into a deep meditation from Lucia’s Crystal Singing Bowls.

Join Lucia and I on Friday February 4th at Wellness Center in Medford for an amazing night of ceremony, connection, and refreshment!

We start the evening connecting through cacao, followed by a relaxing mini Reiki treatment while listening to healing Crystal singing bowls!

One thing being pregnant has shown me is the concept of witness consciousness.
Something I have always read and learned about but couldn’t always fully grasp.
This experience is truly being a witness of life. I didn’t have to necessarily do anything to make it happen (besides the obvious 😉) it’s more all happening to me.

This little life that got put inside of me, that somehow my body knows how to grow and nourish, all on its own. All I have to do is watch.

We aren’t always the ones doing everything, sometimes all we do is show up. Be a Witness.
As a parent we think we created our children, but we really just watched. Like Michael Singer says - you can’t just create an eyeball, all you have to do is witness it happen to you. Just be willing to be there and surrender to life.
Isn’t that all we are really ever doing anyway? It’s an illusion to think it’s us always being the doers. We really just experience, and each experience we have we get to be the ones to witness. This special moment in time, this special place that maybe only you were a part of seeing. This day, and the next day, and everyday. We just keep showing up and life happens. It’s pretty wild to think about. ❤️🥰

To my beautiful OPM community:
Hi everyone! I just wanted to come on and give you all a little update. Over the last two weeks I had some HUGE changes! I turned 30, got engaged, AND started to process of moving my studio!

That’s right! One Positive Mind is going to be moving right up to Main Street hopefully by October!! This space is much bigger and will allow us to comfortably and SAFELY resume yoga classes again! I am so so so excited to begin sharing this journey with you!

My time for rest and rejuvenation is coming to a close and I am SPRINGING back!
