People are shocked at how relaxing acupuncture can be! That’s because we live most of our lives feeling like we’re running from a lion, so getting that nervous system nourishment is novel.

Psst… we’re supposed to be in that rest mode more often than not! If you can’t remember what it feels like to relax, this is your sign that it’s time to try acupuncture 😉

How do you feel after an acupuncture session? Let me know in the comments!

So I have a big announcement… WE ARE GETTING WALLS. Like, actual walls—all the way to the ceiling.

When I changed my business model five years ago from group-style acupuncture to private sessions, I wasn’t totally sure it was going to stick. But over time, it’s become clear that this model is much more sustainable for me as a practitioner. That said, the space still isn’t quite what I want it to be… yet.

Which brings us to now—we’re about to undergo a major renovation! We’re not exactly sure how long the renovation will take, but my contractor is estimating 2–4 weeks. To minimize disruption in your care, I’ve secured a temporary location.

Starting May 12th, I’ll be offering acupuncture at , located at:
345 N Lincoln Ave STE B-2, Vineland, NJ 08360

My shifts will remain the same, but appointment times will be more limited since the space is much smaller. I’ll do my absolute best to accommodate everyone but I encourage you to get on the schedule ASAP.

I can’t wait to return to our refreshed space in June—and finally be able to speak at a normal volume without disrupting everyone’s acu-naps.

One more thing… we’ve got a new name!
We’re now Vineland Acupuncture & Wellness! It’ll take a little time to transition all the branding, so if you see a mix of Vineland Community Acupuncture and Vineland Acupuncture & Wellness, don’t worry—it’s still us!

Thank you for being a part of this community and for your continued support through all this change. I’m especially grateful to those of you who have been with me through all the transitions over the past 12 years—your trust and loyalty mean the world to me. I’m honored that you continue to choose me for your care, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead!

In health,
Jenna & Team

Change gets a bad rap. We resist it, fear it, and sometimes fight against it—even when we know it’s exactly what we need.

But in Chinese medicine, spring is the season of change. And IT’S FINALLY HERE.

It’s when nature wakes up, stretches, and starts moving again after a long winter of rest and introspection. And just like the trees budding and the rivers thawing, our bodies and minds need movement, too.

This spring, let’s embrace change as a positive force to keep our Qi active and flowing.

Here’s how to welcome new energy this season:
*Move more, but gently. Winter makes us love our cozy nest, but now it’s time to stretch, walk, and breathe in fresh air.
*Eat lighter, greener foods. Our Livers (the star of spring season) are ready for vibrant, clearing foods that refresh our systems.
*Let go of tension—physically and emotionally. Check in with your body and notice where you’re still holding stress that winter left behind.
*Make space for new ideas. Spring is a time of growth—ask yourself, what am I ready to create, shift, or invite into my life?

Change isn’t just necessary—it’s life-giving. The more we embrace movement, flow, and the natural cycles of transformation, the more alive and energized we feel.

What changes are you making this spring to wake up your Qi? Drop them in the comments—I’d love to hear! 🌸

Microneedling stimulates collagen, reduces fine lines, and brightens the skin—but when done by an acupuncturist, it becomes so much more than skin deep.

In Chinese medicine, beauty isn’t just about the surface. It’s about flow to create
glow—and how energy (Qi), blood, and nutrients move through your body to nourish
your skin. When circulation is strong and the body is in balance, the skin naturally glows.

Why get microneedling from an acupuncturist?
💛 We work with Qi & blood flow. Skin thrives when it’s well-nourished. We use acupuncture to enhance circulation and vitality, giving your skin a glow that lasts.
💛 We treat the root causes of skin concerns. Fine lines, uneven tone, breakouts? We look at the deeper imbalances—like stress, digestion, and hormones—so your skin heals from within.
💛 We integrate facial & body acupuncture. A full-body approach supports not just beauty, but well-being—because when you feel good, you look good.

Microneedling with acupuncture is where modern skin science meets ancient wisdom—a fusion of beauty and deep healing.

📞 Call 856-457-5217 to book your session. Your skin (and your Qi) will thank you!

Anxiety isn’t just in your head—it’s in your body too. The racing thoughts, tight chest, restless energy, and sense of unease can make it feel like you’re constantly on edge, always bracing for something. Maybe you can’t turn your mind off at night, even when you’re exhausted. Maybe you feel jittery, unfocused, or overwhelmed by small things. Maybe your body holds onto anxiety as tight shoulders, a clenched jaw, digestive upset, or a racing heart.

In Chinese medicine, anxiety is a sign that your energy (Qi) is ungrounded—like a tree
trying to grow strong without deep roots. When your system is out of balance, your nervous system stays stuck in a constant state of alertness instead of moving through cycles of calm and rest.

Anxiety doesn’t have to just be “the way it is”. Here’s how acupuncture and Chinese Medicine may help anxiety:
✨ Calms the nervous system – Acupuncture shifts your body out of fight-or-flight mode and into deep relaxation, helping you feel safe, settled, and present.
✨ Brings Qi back down – When energy is stuck in the upper body (racing thoughts, tension, tight chest), acupuncture grounds it, helping you feel anchored and at ease.
✨ Supports emotional resilience – Acupuncture helps regulate stress hormones, so you respond to life’s challenges with more clarity and less overwhelm.
✨ Releases tension stored in the body – Tight muscles, digestive upset, or shallow breathing?

Acupuncture unwinds the physical effects of anxiety, so your body can finally relax.
Feeling grounded and resourced is possible. Chinese medicine has been helping people cultivate inner calm for thousands of years—not by suppressing anxiety, but by gently restoring balance so your system knows how to relax naturally.
It’s feeling resourced, resilient, and rooted. And it’s possible for YOU.

If anxiety is making it hard to feel like yourself, acupuncture can help bring you back to center. Call 856-45705217 to book a free consultation. Your nervous system deserves some support, and it’s what we love doing more than anything!

Let’s talk HOT FLASHES.

One minute, you’re fine. The next, you’re burning up from the inside out. Your face flushes, your clothes feel like they are choking your arms and legs, and the heat seems to come out of nowhere—sometimes in the middle of a meeting, sometimes waking you up at night, sometimes in a heated discussion–leaving you drenched and feeling defeated.

This is a common symptom of perimenopause, and these hot flashes are a sign that your body is working hard to adjust to changing hormone levels. But just because hot flashes are common doesn’t mean you have to suffer through them.

Signs your body is experiencing hormonal shifts:
🔥 Sudden waves of heat that come out of nowhere
🔥 Night sweats that disrupt your sleep
🔥 Flushing in the face, chest, or neck
🔥 Irritability and restlessness after a hot flash
🔥 Chills or fatigue once the heat fades

For centuries, Chinese medicine has helped women cool down naturally, without relying on hormone therapy (and even if you ARE choosing hormone therapy, Chinese Medicine can help further ease your symptoms and give you the resources to navigate this normal shift that feels anything but normal).

Acupuncture works by regulating your body's internal thermostat, improving circulation, and calming the nervous system, so those heat surges become less frequent, less intense, and eventually, fade away.
And because your body needs gentle, whole-body support, we also provide simple,
sustainable lifestyle and dietary recommendations to help cool excess heat, balance
hormones, and restore deep, nourishing rest.

Your body can adjust to this new phase with more ease. Let’s make hot flashes a thing of the past. Call 856-457-5217 or head to the booking link in our profile to book a free consultation and start cooling down today.
