Chocolate Overnight Oats

Ingredients
1/2 stick pack LMNT Chocolate Caramel OR Chocolate Salt
3/4 cup oatmeal
1.5 cup water
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
fresh blueberries
sliced strawberries
dash of cinnamon

Directions
Prepare your oatmeal.
Add chocolate protein powder, cinnamon, and LMNT.
Mix all together and store in a jar overnight.
Top with bananas, berries, and nut butter.

Mango Chili Steak Marinade

Ingredients
1 stick pack LMNT⁠ Mango Chili
8–10 oz Flank OR Skirt Steak
4 tablespoons olive oil⁠
4 tablespoons lime juice⁠
2 cloves garlic⁠

Directions
Place all the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.⁠
Pour marinade over chicken, beef, pork or seafood.
Cover and marinade for at least 2 hours or overnight.

NOTE: If using this marinade with seafood, omit the lime juice or it may overcook the meat.
