Please be cautious in the snow and ice. I strongly encourage the use of high top hiking boots and hiking sticks or ski poles for stability.

I'm happy to report that I have received my second Covid vaccination, with minimal side effects.
Many persons have delayed treatment during the pandemic. If you are ready to resume care, please call for an appointment.
In the meantime, remember to exercise daily, maintain a healthy weight and stay in touch with family and friends.

I plan to be back in the office starting May 26, afternoons, Monday through Thursday. Patients will wait in their cars, and enter one at a time. Masks and gloves must be worn for the safety of patients and staff.
Please be patient, as we try to accommodate 2 months of missed appointments.
Please choose wisely as you go about your day.
