My name is Alisha and I have been a massage therapist for 15 years. My vision is that each and every time you visit my office your massage will be customized for YOUR needs to assist you in your health and wellness goals. oal. I have spent 15 years studying and practicing different techniques to reduce pain caused by muscle and fascial tension. I have worked in settings from high end spas to chiropractic offices and have had my own private practice for several years. I have taught courses for different massage therapy schools in Salt Lake and Utah Counties equating to 7 years of teaching experience. I currently work at Pinnacle Chiropractic in Lehi giving 15 minutes massages to patients just before or right after their adjustments. Additionally, I have my own private practice offering full massage sessions with locations in Lehi and Orem. I believe that education and putting that education to practice are the keys to my clients' success. I continue to learn by taking quality courses that build my skill set which in turn give my clients the best bodywork available. Comfort is also a key ingredient for massage success. Massage sessions come with ***hot towel treatments for the back and feet, a heated massage table, high quality flannel sheets, and aromatherapy at no additional cost. Craniosacral therapy is SO relaxing and this technique is a good piece of the reason why. I incorporate this into nearly every session massage or CST. DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME. This is not a teaching video, merely a short demo of the compression of ventricle 4. This is contraindicated for certain conditions so please be advised before receiving this technique. Enjoy!

MYTH BUST!! Massage is sensual. No!! Massage from a professional, LMT is therapeutic in nature and provides balance physically, mentally and emotionally. Be honest with yourself…If you are someone who has hesitated to try massage because you or your partner think it’s sensual, watch this video!!
