One Small Habit That Reduces Anxiety

Pause + Breathe (2 minutes).
Once a day—especially when stress spikes—try this:

Inhale through your nose for 4
Hold for 2
Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6

Repeat for 2 minutes.

✨ Why it works: Longer exhales signal safety to your nervous system, helping your body shift out of “fight-or-flight.”

💬 Gentle reminder: Small habits practiced consistently can make a real difference.
