Repair of Chair Lift for Society

We need to raise the funds to repair our Chair Lift. We need to replace the chassis and motor. We would appreciate any donations to repairing the Lift. The total amount we need to raise is $4,350.00 for parts and labor.
Any donations can be sent to CCOGS P.O. Box 386, Vinita, OK 74301.

VOL. 3 HISTORY BOOK SALE

We have the Vol. 3 History Book for sale. The cost is $40.00 plus shipping. Shipping is $14.00 per book. The book can also be purchased at the Genealogy Society Office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11 to 3. It's a wonderful source for local history and people.

This is to let everyone know we are back open at genealogy. We will be open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11-3 and by appointment at other times. We are still working on some things upstairs, but it has come a long way.
We will be having an Open House at the end of April when everything should be done.

THIS IS TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT WE WILL NOT BE REOPENING ON OCT 8TH. WE HAVE FOUND THAT WE ARE HAVING TO REORGANIZE THE SOCIETY. WE HAVE DONE A LOT OF CLEANING AND SORTING, BUT HAVE A LOT TO STILL DO. WE HAVE DECIDED TO REOPEN THE FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY 2024. THIS GIVES US TIME TO UPDATE OUR RECORDS AND AD SOME NEW FEATURES TO OUR SOCIETY. YOU CAN STILL REACH US THROUGH OUR PHONE NUMBER 918-418-6042, OUR FACEBOOK PAGE AND THROUGH OUR EMAIL ADDRESS. WE HAVE VOLUNTEERS WHO ARE DOING RESEARCH FOR PEOPLE WHILE WE GO THROUGH THIS PROCESS. SO, PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US AND JOIN US IN JANUARY FOR OUR GRAND RE-OPENING.
