🎄😂 Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest Day! 😂🎄

The sweaters were loud, proud, and very ugly… and we LOVED every minute of it! Our staff truly understood the assignment. 🤣

Big laughs, lots of holiday cheer, and some sweaters that should probably never be worn in public again 🤭—this is how we do Christmas fun! 🎅🎁

And we can't forget to mention our amazing judge Ms. Kelly Smith. We agree with you on the winner!

Our Administrator Les Tallman, celebrating 11 years, and our ADON Dusty Dreadfulwater, celebrating 9 years, have both made an incredible and lasting impact on our community. Their leadership goes far beyond titles — they lead with heart, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Les’s steady guidance, vision, and dedication have shaped our home into a place where residents are cared for like family and staff feel supported and valued. Dusty’s compassion, clinical expertise, and hands-on leadership set the standard for quality care and inspire everyone around her to give their very best.

Together, they create a culture of teamwork, trust, and respect, and we are truly better because of them. We are so grateful for their years of service, their passion for what they do, and the difference they make every single day.
