Fruits and vegetables provide essential fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. That is why WIC provides a monthly Cash Value Benefit (CVB) for participants to purchase fresh, frozen, and canned fruits and vegetables!

Over the next few months, increased CVB will be offered in place of juice as part of our food package updates. Participants who would prefer to continue receiving juice can request a 64 oz bottle as a substitution from their clinic in place of $3 CVB.
Please check your benefit balance in the WIC Shopper App and visit https://oklahoma.gov/health/wicfood for more information.
