Are you experiencing anxiety, racing thoughts, insomnia, pain? You may need to ground. Walk barefoot outside for 20 minutes. There are also grounding shoes, mats, sheets and pillowcases, if you are unable to walk barefoot. I use a grounding sheet in the winter months.
