Find Your Center Yoga Find Your Center Yoga is yoga for ALL people. Never done yoga? Welcome! Hard core yogi? Somewhere in the middle? Emily is also a certified kids' yoga instructor.

We take time for ourselves and have a little fun doing it! Find Your Center Yoga yoga is lead by Emily Sexton, a 500 hour certified yoga instructor.
