Last week assisted living hijacked our Activity Director, Brea's, activity and threw her a surprise baby shower. We had yummy food, games, prizes, gifts, and lots of laughs! Our residents loved surprising Brea and guessing how big her baby belly was. Most of the guys said this was their first baby shower! We will miss you when you are on maternity leave, Brea!

We always have the best time on outings with our townhome tenants!
This trip took us to La Terraza Mexican Grill & Seafood in Traer for a tasty lunch, followed by a stop at Matchstick Marvels in Gladbrook—where we were truly amazed by the incredible detail and craftsmanship in every piece. Great food, great company, and unforgettable art! 🌮🌟

An afternoon straight out of the state fair—blooming onion, apple pie milkshake, deep-fried Pop-Tart and Oreos, tachos, funnel cake, and the best part: sharing stories from fairs past and celebrating Shirley Wiley’s stunning quilts that made it to the state fair! 🎡🍴
