Congress is putting pharmacies—and patients—at risk. In a last-minute move, lawmakers stripped out critical Medicaid PBM reforms from the reconciliation bill but left in the mandatory NADAC survey.

These provisions were meant to go hand-in-hand. Without PBM reform, NADAC mandates will accelerate pharmacy closures, inflate drug costs, and leave communities—especially rural ones—without care.

Thank you to our patients for allowing us to adjust our hours this weekend so our staff could attend the Virginia Pharmacy Association (VPhA) Annual Conference. Our staff spent the weekend learning how we can better serve our patients and advance pharmacy in Virginia.
