The more you know.

These are the symptoms I complained about the most—and the same ones I was repeatedly gaslit about when I tried to advocate for my own body.

I was told they were “normal.”
I was told it was “stress,” “age,” or “just life.”
I was told to push through.

They weren’t normal. And I wasn’t wrong.

You may need to hit pause to read it all, but it’s worth the watch—especially if you’ve ever felt unheard, dismissed, or doubted when you knew something wasn’t right in your body.

Trust yourself. Your body talks. You deserve providers who listen.
