We had a wonderful evening connecting with nursing students, answering questions about our facilities, and engaging in great conversations about their future careers in healthcare.

Meet Teresa Geer, one of the best therapy outcomes ever! She was admitted to us about four years ago with a traumatic brain injury, resulting in Teresa not being able to walk, having multiple falls, seizures, and being unable to care for herself in any capacity. Fast forward to now, Teresa is up on her feet, taking care of herself, walking, dancing, going out with family weekly, and living her best life. We are so excited that Teresa has done well and continues to flourish.

Our center is located in the charming town of Vinton, Virginia and is just a few miles away from one of the major hospitals in our area, Carilion Roanoke Memorial. We have been proudly serving the Vinton community since 1978. Step inside our center and you will find a welcoming atmosphere with friendly faces around every corner.

We have also received a Five-Star Quality Rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the highest available. We offer comfortable, modern gathering spaces, Wi-Fi throughout the building, and bright, well-lit rooms. Our state-of-the-air rehabilitation gym is constantly being updated with the most advanced rehabilitation equipment, ensuring a successful road to recovery. We are proud to be an active part of the local community, participating in various Vinton area events and festivals including the Dogwood Festival, Senior Fair, Fall Festival, and Christmas Parade. We also give frequent health presentations and offer outreach programs within the community. We have been serving patients in Vinton, Roanoke, Botetourt, and beyond since 1978.
