✨ We’re all set up at the Carlinville Area Hospital Health Fair this morning until 11:30 AM – come say hi! 🌿💫

🛍️ The shop is open 10 AM – 6 PM today too, so you can swing by after the fair and check out all the goodies we have in store.

🌕 Don’t forget – Blood Moon is tomorrow night! Perfect time to stock up on your teas, crystals, and energy tools. 🔮✨

🚚✨ Update from Your Local Amazon Return Hub ✨📦

We’ve been up and running for just a few days, and here’s what we’ve learned: Amazon has us on a bit of a “training wheels” program. That means only a fraction of people will see our shop listed as a return option right now.

👉 At this stage, we cannot accept:
❌ Large items
❌ Shoes
❌ Hazardous materials
❌ Battery-operated items
❌ Liquids

But here’s the good news: this program was created to help small businesses like ours grow into it! 🌱 Over time, we’ll be expanding what we can take — with the goal of eventually accepting 95% of your returns. Amazon has told us it’s a slow process, but we’re moving forward one step at a time. 🚀

Thank you for your patience and support while the training wheels are still on — we’re committed to serving our community and making this as smooth as possible. 💜

🌟 BONUS: We’re also exploring the possibility of offering a UPS service right here in town! Stay tuned — we’ll keep you posted as we learn more in the coming weeks.

These aren’t outsourced or mass-produced — they’re created in the evenings and weekends with intention, creativity, and a whole lot of heart. 💖

We’re officially live as your local Amazon Return Hub starting Wednesday, August 27th! 🎉 No more 30+ minute drives just to send back a package — now you can do it right here in town at Neato’s Elements. 💜

👉 What to know before you come in:

Store Hours:
Tue, Thu, Fri & Sat → 10am–6pm
Wed → 12pm–8pm
Closed Sunday & Monday
Located at 216 East Jackson Street, Virden Illinois

Lunch Break: We’re closed daily from 1–2pm for lunch.

Labor Day Reminder: We will be closed Monday, Sept. 1st — but that’s normal since we’re closed Mondays anyway.
