Ready to learn how to make your own herbal medicine? Join me tomorrow for a hands‑on beginner‑friendly class where we’ll explore the foundations of tinctures, teas, and oil infusions.

You’ll learn:
• What tinctures are and how they work
• The difference between infusions, decoctions, and extracts
• How to choose the right solvent (alcohol, glycerin, vinegar)
• Folk method vs. weight‑to‑volume method
• How to make a dried herb tincture step‑by‑step
• How to make an oregano oil infusion
• Herbal energetics, safety basics, and more

We’ll also cover some of my favorite herbs like calendula, chamomile, rosemary, mullein, peppermint, and ginger.
Everyone will receive:
• A full mini‑book/guide
• Worksheets
• Recipe templates
• A supportive space to learn and ask questions

📦 Amazon Returns Now Accepted at Neato’s Elements! 📦

We’re excited to officially share that Neato’s Elements is now an Amazon return drop-off location 🥳
Because we know questions will come up, here’s a quick breakdown to make your drop-off smooth and stress-free:

✨ What we CAN accept:
✔️ Amazon returns with QR codes (we can accept about 95% of them!)
✔️ UPS packages that are already pre-labeled (non-Amazon is totally fine!)

✨ What may need to go to Springfield:
⚠️ If Amazon forces you to print a label, it must go to Myers in Springfield
⚠️ Myers cannot accept our QR codes, just like we can’t accept their printed-only returns
⚠️ Oversized packages may also need to go to Springfield depending on Amazon’s requirements

🕰 Our Business Hours:
🛑 Closed Sunday & Monday
🟢 Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🟣 Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

✨ A Small Shift to Better Serve You ✨

Over the last couple of months, we’ve been paying close attention to how and when our community is coming through our doors—especially now that we’re accepting Amazon returns.

We’ve noticed many of you stopping by earlier in the day (sometimes as early as 10:30 AM!), and we want to be open when you need us most. 💚

Because of this, we’re adjusting our Wednesday hours to better serve our community and support a healthier rhythm for our team.

🕰 NEW Wednesday Hours:
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

🌿 Wellness Wednesday will still happen, just slightly adjusted:
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

This change allows us to be available earlier in the day while still holding space for those who come in after work for healing, services, and connection.

Thank you for growing with us, supporting small business, and being such an amazing community. After a year, this feels like the right move—and we appreciate your understanding more than you know. 💫

As the Wheel of the Year turns, we arrive at Imbolc—a sacred sabbat celebrated at the heart of winter, when the days slowly begin to lengthen and the promise of spring stirs beneath the surface. Traditionally honoring Brigid / St. Brigid, goddess of fire, healing, poetry, and the hearth, Imbolc reminds us that even in the quietest, coldest moments, new life is already forming.

This is a time for:

✨ welcoming fresh beginnings

One of the most beloved traditions of Imbolc is the weaving of St. Brigid’s Cross. Made from reeds or straw, this sacred symbol has long been hung above doorways and hearths to offer protection, blessings, and abundance for the year ahead. Each cross is woven with intention—honoring the balance of the seasons, the return of light, and the growth we wish to invite into our lives.

❄️ Weather & Shop Update ❄️

Hey everyone — we wanted to keep you in the loop.
Due to the extreme cold overnight, our shop was only able to maintain 61°, and unfortunately our heaters just can’t keep up enough to safely and comfortably hold the store open all day. For economic and safety reasons, combined with the impending storm, we’ve made the difficult decision to limit our hours today.

👉 We will be open today from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM only.

We truly encourage all of our patrons to stay home, stay warm, and stay safe as conditions worsen. Your well-being — along with that of our staff — always comes first.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support of our small business 🤍 Please keep an eye on our page for any updates.

🌧️ Weather Update for Our Community 🌧️

With the storm expected to hit our area this weekend, we want to be transparent and put everyone’s safety first — our customers, our staff, and our community as a whole.

Because conditions may change overnight, we won’t know until tomorrow morning whether we will be able to open at all or if we’ll only be open for a limited time. If the weather is unsafe, we will not risk asking anyone to travel in dangerous conditions — including our team or our customers.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate this. We will post an update as soon as a decision is made in the morning.
