Leading the Road Runners Club is a lot of weight on Heather’s shoulders 😓

(And apparently her hip too…)

She’s been dealing with tightness in her hips when she runs for a long time…

So we hit her with:
✅ Hip internal rotation mobilizations
✅ Gluteus Medius foam rolling
✅ Supine rotational control
✅ Kneeling rotational control

In return, she hit us with some of the funniest one-liners of any Mic’d Up episode 😅
