We are excited to share with you the events that Magelitz Clinic Conservative Medicine has lined up at M Fitness Health & Wellness this month! 🎉

9/6 - Rock and Run for Mental Health packet pickup AT M Fitness - catch us there for any of your pre-race needs just like we did for the Abe’s Amble!

9/7 - RACE DAY! We will be there with our mobile recovery clinic for pre and post race needs! Back pain and hip pain, shin splints, foot and ankle issues..all common but NOT normal with runners. 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️🏃🏽‍➡️

9/11 - POP UP YOGA with Beverly Hopkins from FLOW Midwest Yoga & Meditation this will be an all levels class, just bring a mat. 🧘🏻‍♀️

9/18 - Pregnancy and Postpartum Mobility with *yours truly* 🤗 I could talk about this stuff for HOURS, might as well do it in front of a group of people wanting to learn about how physical therapy can help ease aches and pains, and make you feel stronger throughout pregnancy and postpartum 🤰🏼🤱🏻

It’s that time again!

This Thursday at 6 PM is the next Moms Night Out event 💗

Hosted by Magelitz Clinic Conservative Medicine at M Fitness Health & Wellness we bring to you Dr. Mike Gensler, D.C. from Petersburg Family Chiropractic 🤝🏼

He will be speaking about his specialties in treating women throughout pregnancy and postpartum, infants, toddlers, and older children as well. Some topics will include:

• chronic ear infections/illnesses
• seizures
• ADHD
• sensory/behavioral issues in children
• safe treatments during pregnancy and infants
• deep dive into the nervous system 💥

Anyone is welcome, bring the kiddos or a friend! Registering ahead of time on the Mindbody App is preferred for head count, but walk-ins are welcome 🤗
